Before Booking
If you would like us to arrange a free collection please take the time to fill out our one page booking form. Any questions at all please try using our chat. We always have somebody who can help.

Checklist
- Check date
- Pack your laptop up safely
- Parcel Force will have a label
- Pack Power supply if you can
Collection Date
Please note, if it’s after 5:30 pm, then we cannot guarantee next day collection. We also cannot collect on Weekends. If it’s easier for you to send us the laptop, no problem, we can discount the value up to £10 on your invoice
After Booking
Once we have received your booking, you will get an automated email to confirm the message has got to us. Then shortly after when we have booked your collection we will email you details and a consignment number.
